Select Sole Announces Exclusive Partnership with Chinook Trading Company

Select Sole announced today that it has entered into an exclusive partnership with Chinook Trading Company of Lake Oswego, OR, to license its disruptive footwear traction technology for Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, Select Sole will license exclusive rights to manufacture, source and wholesale boot wear incorporating its ‘On Demand Traction System’ (ODTS) with retailers in Canada to Chinook.

Vancouver, WA (PRWEB) August 21, 2008 — Select Sole announced today that it has entered into an exclusive partnership with Chinook Trading Company of Lake Oswego, OR, to license its disruptive footwear traction technology for usage in Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, Select Sole will license exclusive rights to manufacture, source and wholesale boot wear incorporating its ‘On Demand Traction System’ (ODTS) with retailers in Canada to Chinook. In addition, Chinook has agreed to assist in building relationships with domestic brands and manufacturers. The terms of the agreement were not released.
